Rifaximin Post-Treatment, Day 3

9:00 am – woke up with more fog than the past couple days. Stomach is sore too. Really tired again but I attribute this to the fact that it’s been dark and rainy here in Niagara for the past week. Mood is still fine.

Upon Waking

(high = bad)
Sensitivity to FODMAPS – ?/10
Brain fog – 2/10
Head pressure – 2/10
Bloating – 1/10
Anxiety – 3/10
Depression – 1/10

(high = good)
Overall well being – 7/10

10:00 pm – Felt absolutely terrible from breakfast onwards. Nauseous, headachy, brain foggy, depressed and anxious. This started to clear up around four, at which point I actually started feeling really good. I’ve been upping my prebiotic supplement as well as my intake of navy beens and it seems like although it’s causing some die off, my body is starting to feel better all over because of it. Better mood especially. Hopefully I can get on a roll here!
